With over two decades of experience in the Vermont real estate market, Nick Riina has built a reputation based on deep local knowledge and a strategic approach to buying and selling. A Realtor since 2002 and a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), Nick combines industry expertise with a background in custom home building and investment properties to offer his clients a distinct advantage.
Nick’s career began with an internship at Pomerleau Real Estate, followed by a successful 13-year tenure at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. In 2016, he partnered with Ernie Rossi to found Rossi & Riina Real Estate in Williston. Continuing their trajectory of growth and service to the community, the pair recently acquired 802 Real Estate and are now practicing under that name.
Nick’s roots in the industry run deep. His family ties to custom home building give him a unique perspective on construction quality, remodeling potential, and new build packages. Whether analyzing investment properties, guiding first-time homebuyers, or navigating high-stakes relocation deals, Nick provides clear, analytical advice. His expertise spans single and multi-family homes, luxury waterfront properties on Lake Champlain, and ski-in/ski-out mountain retreats.

Nick resides in South Burlington with his wife, three sons, and their Golden Retriever. When he isn’t negotiating deals, he takes full advantage of the Vermont lifestyle—hitting the slopes in the winter and enjoying Lake Champlain or the golf course during the summer.
